when we came, the host met us and was friendly. the superior queen room was perfect for couples. location in a nice area.

The hotel location is perfect & we got a room facing lake. Lake Brienz is not far from the property. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was fairly good. Excellent place for a 2-night stay.
